You Earn Equity
Every quarter, RYSE issues shares based on your introductions and your tier. Milestone grants stack on top when anyone in your network goes on to invest.
Important: Shares are granted when someone joins the RYSE investor community — not solely when they invest. Milestone bonuses are flat grants based on cumulative holdings thresholds, not percentage-based compensation. Shares are issued as RYSE Class B Common Shares under the Company's Equity Incentive Plan (EIP), in quarterly batches. This program is available to all RYSE shareholders and noteholders. This is not a securities offering or brokerage arrangement. Securities attorney review required prior to public launch.

How do I earn shares?▸
You earn 50 shares for every person who completes their RYSE account application using your unique link — no investment required on their end. If you introduce enough people in a quarter to hit a tier threshold (5, 10, 25, or 50 introductions), you also earn a quarterly grant on top. Additionally, as the combined total RYSE holdings of everyone you've introduced grows and crosses milestone thresholds ($1K, $10K, $50K), you earn one-time milestone bonuses on top of everything else.
How do the milestone bonuses work exactly?▸
Milestone bonuses are based on the combined total RYSE holdings of everyone you've introduced — not any single person. For example: you introduce 5 people. Three of them invest — one puts in $2,000, one puts in $5,000, and one puts in $8,000. Their combined total is $15,000, which crosses the Scale milestone threshold. You earn 750 shares. The milestone is earned once per threshold, and each higher milestone includes the lower ones — so if your portfolio crosses $50,000 combined, you earn the Lead bonus, not all three.
Does the person I introduce have to actually invest?▸
No. Your 50-share per-introduction earnings and your quarterly tier grant are both triggered when someone completes their account application — not when they invest. Milestone bonuses are the only rewards that require an investment milestone to be crossed.
When do I actually receive the shares?▸
Shares are issued in quarterly batches — at the end of Q1 (Mar 31), Q2 (Jun 30), Q3 (Sep 30), and Q4 (Dec 31). After each quarter closes, RYSE tallies introductions, calculates grants, and submits to the transfer agent. You'll receive a confirmation email when your shares are issued.
What counts as a "quarter" — do introductions carry over?▸
Introduction counts for your tier reset at the start of each new quarter (Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, Oct 1). You start fresh each quarter toward a tier. Milestone bonuses never expire though — if someone you introduced invests and hits a milestone in any future quarter, you still earn that bonus.
What's the difference between the quarterly grant and per-intro shares?▸
Per-intro shares (50 per person) are earned for every introduction you make, regardless of tier — think of it as your base rate. Quarterly grant is a bonus on top, only unlocked when you hit a tier threshold within a quarter. Both are issued together in the same quarterly batch.
Can I use the same link everywhere?▸
Yes — your link is permanent and works everywhere: texts, emails, LinkedIn, in person, QR codes, anywhere. It never changes and never expires. All introductions from any channel are attributed to you automatically.
What type of shares are these?▸
The shares you earn through this program are RYSE Class B Common Shares — non-voting shares issued under RYSE's Equity Incentive Plan (EIP). They'll appear in your portfolio alongside your existing holdings once issued by the transfer agent each quarter.
Is there a limit to how many people I can introduce?▸
No limit. The top tier (Ambassador) starts at 50 introductions per quarter, but there's no ceiling. Every introduction earns you 50 shares, and the quarterly grant stays at 5,000 shares once you're at the Ambassador tier.
What counts as a "qualified" introduction?▸
To count as a qualifying introduction, the person you introduced must complete the full account application on DealMaker — including their full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and Social Security Number (SSN) or equivalent tax ID. Partial or incomplete applications do not qualify. This requirement exists to ensure introductions represent genuine investors, not bots or spam accounts. If someone opens an account but doesn't complete the application, it will not count toward your introduction total or tier.
